Senior paid media support, without another full time hire

14+ years across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads. Strategy and hands on execution for US and international teams. I am an independent consultant, not a candidate and not an agency layer, so you get the senior attention without the headcount.

46%Average CPA reduction

CPA figure is the average across accounts in one agency engagement. Client names withheld. Individual results vary with market, budget and offer, and anyone promising you a number before seeing the account is guessing.

Tell me what you need covered

A short note is enough. I will reply with whether I am the right fit, what it would take, and what it would cost. If I am not the right fit I will say so.

I read every message myself. No newsletter, no list, no follow-up sequence.

What I actually do

Hands on execution, not a strategy deck handed to someone else to implement. I work inside the accounts.

Google Ads

Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube. Account structure, bidding, search terms discipline and the measurement layer underneath, which is usually where the real problem is.

Meta Ads

Prospecting and retargeting built around what the pixel can actually see. Creative testing that isolates one variable at a time instead of changing five and calling the winner luck.

LinkedIn Ads

Expensive by design, so it only earns its place with tight targeting and an offer worth a high cost per click. I will tell you when your budget is better spent elsewhere.

Measurement and tracking

GA4, GTM, server side and offline conversion imports. If the platform cannot see what a good outcome looks like, no bidding strategy will find you more of them.

Three ways to engage

Same person, different shapes, depending on what the gap actually is.

Fractional

A set number of days each month, ongoing. You get senior attention on strategy and the hands on work, without the cost or commitment of a full time hire. Best when you have budget in market and nobody senior watching it.

Project

A defined piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Account review, restructure, migration, tracking rebuild. Ends when it is done, with the findings and the work documented so your team can carry it.

Overflow contractor

You have a team, they are at capacity, and something needs doing now. I plug into your tools and your process as an extra pair of senior hands, on your ticket system, in your account.

To be completely clear, this is not employment

The headline is not a euphemism. I am a contractor operating through my own business, and that difference is the point of the arrangement rather than a technicality buried in a contract.

1

No headcount

You are buying a service from a business, not opening a role. Nothing goes to your payroll, no seat is added to the org chart, and no approval for a new head is required.

2

No benefits, no payroll tax, no notice period

You pay an invoice against agreed terms. There is no severance, no PTO accrual, no equipment allowance and no HR overhead attached to the engagement.

3

No visa, no relocation, no sponsorship

I am an independent consultant based in Brazil and I work with US and European teams remotely. There is nothing to sponsor and nothing to relocate.

4

You can stop

A contract ends on its notice terms and that is the end of it. That is the actual value of the arrangement, and it should cut both ways honestly: it means I have to keep being worth renewing.

5

Your tools, your accounts, your data

I work inside your Google Ads, Meta and GA4 accounts under your ownership. Nothing is held hostage in an agency container, and when an engagement ends you keep everything, including the documentation.

Start with the account, not a pitch

Tell me what is going on and I will tell you honestly whether you need a fractional person, a one off project, or nothing at all from me. If your account is already in good hands I will say that, which is the part a sales call can never afford to tell you.
